What do I have to do to join?
Nothing! You don't join anything!  No application is necessary.  Simply print your name, any nine digit number for your ID and your date of birth on your group discount card and present it to your pharmacist when you have a prescription filled.

Absolutely!  Your privacy is protected under The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.  Only your pharmacist can access your private information.

Do I need a Social Security number to participate?
Absolutely not! Any 9 digit number you provide will be used for your ID number.

Certainly not! We do not require any private information. You only need to provide the pharmacist with a nine digit number of your choice t0 use as your your ID number, your name and date of birth.

All prescription medications are covered.  There are no exclusions.

Does this program cover prescriptions that are frequently not covered by insurance companies?

All prescription medications are included.  This includes specialty medications such as: hair growth, anti-wrinkle agents, cosmetic medicines, mental health, infertility, birth control, weight control, smoking cessation, ADD/ADHD, HIV, STD, and chronic diseases.

When are the discount prices effective?
Immediately.  Simply print and complete the information on your discount card and present it to your pharmacist the next time you go to have a prescription filled.

There is no limit to how many prescriptions you can fill or how much you can save.  You may use your discount card for all your prescriptions, regardless of how many you need or how frequently you need them.

What if I have a chronic disorder and will need medications for an extended period of time?
You will probably benefit from our U.S. mail order service included as part of this program. Generally, the discounts and the quantities your physician can request are greater. There is no delivery cost when you use the mail order pharmacy so you always save more.

What if I have prescription drug insurance but the specific medicine I need is not covered by my health insurance?
No problem.  Use your discount card to get the best price on any prescription medications not on your insurer's formulary.

What if my insurance covers prescription drugs but my copay is $20 or $30 per prescription filled?
You may be able to save money using this group program as many medicines discount to less than $10.00. The best thing to do is ask your pharmacist to check which plan works best for you; the insurance with its copay or this discount plan.

What if I have a major medical insurance plan that requires me to purchase prescriptions out-of-pocket and then submit receipts for reimbursement?
If you are paying full price at your pharmacy then you can use this plan to purchase your prescriptions at a discount and then submit your receipts for reimbursement to your health insurance as you normally would. Both you and your insurer benefit from the reduced price.

What should I do if I am eligible for the new prescription drug insurance from Medicare known as Plan D?
You should fully evaluate the benefits and costs of the Medicare program so you can make an informed decision which program is better for you.  You can always usse this discount card in circumatances where it is to your advantage and use your Medicare plan when appropriate.  Here is the link to the official Medicare Web site:  www.medicare.gov/pdphome.asp.

What about medications not covered by medicare Plan D?
This program does cover all the prescription medications that are not covered by Medicare Plan D.

It covers prescription drugs for: anorexia, weight loss, weight gain, drus to promote fertility, drugs used for cosmetic purposes or hair growth, drugs used for the symptomatic relief of cough and colds, prescription vitamins and mineral preoducts, prescription barbiturates (sleeping pills), and prescription benzodiazepines (central nervous system depressants).
